Amplify TOS

1. Introduction

Welcome to Amplify! These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your access to and use of the Amplify platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you disagree with any part of these TOS, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Amplify immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these TOS. You agree not to use the Platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

• For any unauthorized or prohibited purpose, such as spamming, hacking, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

• To harm, abuse, or harass others.

• To interfere with the operation of the Platform.

• To create a false or misleading identity.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create or upload to the Platform. However, by uploading content to the Platform, you grant Amplify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content on the Platform.

6. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services, such as Twitter API v2.0. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions. You are solely responsible for your interaction with any third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amplify is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, suspensions/bans on your Twitter (X) account, or business interruption.

8. Termination

Amplify may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these TOS shall be resolved by Binding Arbitration.

11. Changes to TOS

Amplify may revise these TOS at any time by posting the revised TOS on the Platform. You are responsible for checking the TOS periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised TOS constitutes your acceptance of the revisions.

12. Entire Agreement

These TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and Amplify regarding your use of the Platform.

13. Severability

If any provision of these TOS is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

No waiver by Amplify of any breach of any provision of these TOS shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
